For over 20 years, Steven has built successful teams and grown significant businesses for American, European and Asian MNC, tech startups and family businesses across industries from Tech, consumer Electronics, manufacturing to commodities, financial and real estate globally.

He founded LSP Global (www.lspglobal.com) in 2014 to assist new and existing franchisors in finding their Masters, area developers and single franchisees across Asia Pacific (South East Asia, Taiwan, China, Australia/NZ), focusing on children enrichment and QSR/Kiosk based F&B. He is currently one of the leading FPI franchise network of 18 partners, covering 45 countries. Together with his international franchise partners, the team have found many Masters and Single Franchisees all over the world for USA, European and Asian franchisors. He graduated with a Honors degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and a MBA (Corporate Valuation) from University of Pittsburgh (USA)
